I didn't lie, genuinely don't know what he means, I know fuck all about bodybuilding, was just told he's one of the best. He can bench at least 150kg from what I remember, which I'd guess is decent at 18. Edit: He's like 5'10 I think.

I'm 14, do protein shakes and creatine and go gym every day at school/after school, you may say this is stupid as i'm only a child or whatever but there are no serious side effects from either of these, and i've only felt fitter so why stop?
No, people who wanna lose weight go on protein diets, you should have a mixed/balanced diet. Carbs before, water during, protein after.
Your bones won't develop properly with a high gain in muscle mass at such a young age so essentially you'll have an out of proportion body.

Going to the gym that many times a week is so fucking stupid. You are not giving ur body enough rest/recovery for your muscles to grow. Then again ur 14, and probably dont do GCSE PE. 3 times a week is enough, anymore than that is just silly and a waste of money.
no it is not. some people need less time to recover than others. not to mention there are supplements that hasten the process. also if you are on a split good luck getting in all your muscle groups in 3 days without sleeping at the gym.
If you working on one muscle group each and every day, you are doing more harm than good so it is a very stupid idea. In weight training, you want to give a muscle group at least 48 hours of recovery before hitting them hard again. So you would need a workout routine. The gym breaks down your muscles and the rest period is used to rebuild them bigger and stronger. If you keep breaking them down without enough rest, they can't rebuild properly. If your doing 1 body part every day, ( trying to get big arms to impress the ladies for example) you will get absolutely nowhere if you are working on them everyday. You 100% need rest days, the professionals have rest days ffs. so fuck you ebonix.
